ELEANOR’S COUNTRY ON RADIO LANCASHIRE (Presented by Eleanor Levin)
If you would like more information about the line dance Derek taught on ‘Eleanor Levin’s Country’ show which she presented on Radio Lancashire on Sunday 7th June go to our Dance Page where you can  see a video of the dance filmed at Kinda Country’s Wednesday afternoon line dance session, and you can also download a copy of the Dance Script.
RECENT DANCES TAUGHT
By request I taught my own dance ‘The Only Way I Know’, a 48 count intermediate dance put to the lovely music of the same name by Kenny Rodgers.  Because the music is quite slow, about 90 beats per minute, a few of the dancers found it a little challenging, although it is a great dance for adding ‘style’, (we used to call it attitude!).
We brushed up again on Rob Fowler’s dance ‘Greystone’, to the music ‘Angel Of No Mercy’ by Collin Raye; a few dancers are still finding the timing a little difficult with this one but once mastered it’s a good dance to lovely music.  We also recapped on several more recently taught dances including ‘Toes’, ‘Boyfriend Of The Year’ and ‘Catch Me If You Can’, I managed to get the latter wrong by somehow turning it into a 4 wall dance!  I must have mixed it up with another dance (So what’s new!)
Step sheets, music clips and video’s can be accessed through the database on the Dance Page.
Enjoy your dancing, Derek
